Q: How soon do I need to book my trial and wedding day?

A: During busy periods (June to August), you are recommended to book the date of your trial and wedding day, at least six months before, to secure your preferred dates.

Q: How soon do I need a trial prior to my wedding date?

A: As soon as your hair ornamentation and veil choice is made. Ideally this could be six weeks before the day, however, trials can be conducted as close as a week before.

Note: Make-up is best applied during daylight for perfect results.

Q: What if I change my mind between the trial and day?
|
A: Another trial can be arranged prior to your day, or a consultation can be carried out by phone and extra time allowed on the day.

Q: Can I wash my hair on the day?
|
A: That will be decided at the trial, depending on hair type and style choice.

Q: Is any skin preparation required?
|
A: Yes before make-up application can begin, your skin should be exfoliated, cleansed, toned and moisturised.

Q: How much time is required on the day?
|
A: This will depend entirely on the style you chose, your hair type and the number of people in the party. I work based on the time you would like to be finished. Therefore I will determine the time required and my start time, during the trial.

Q: Who will attach my veil?
|
A: I will attach all hair ornamentation's and the veil if required. I can also teach the bridesmaid how to attach and detach the veil for more flexibility during the day.

Q: Does the Hair and Nail Co provide the make-up?
|
A: Yes I carry a variety of products including Dior, Mac, Lancome, Estee-Lauder. But if you have a specific preference this can be arranged.

Q: Will my look last all day?
|
A: Yes, the techniques I will use, will ensure that even during a rigorous dance session the style will remain intact.

Q: How long do nail extensions take to apply?
|
A: This will usually take 1 hour 30 minutes, and is preferably applied a few days before, thus giving sufficient time to settle and for you to become comfortable with them.
